MYP was established as an independent training organisation in 1998. Its Mission Statement being to provide a highly specialised and fully customised service to those organisations and industrial sectors that could not be catered for within the usual college processes.
The company is a father and son partnership. Dr Graham Morley, Fellow of the Institute of Verifiers and Assessors, External Verifier for City and Guilds and NEBS Management, has over twenty years of experience in the field of competency training and assessment, as training manager within Tarmac and as consultant within Halesowen College. His son, James is a fully qualified assessor and verifier with over ten years experience in teaching and training.
To provide the support required MYP has a number of associates with specialisms in construction, health and safety, land drilling, piling, sealant application. Our specialism lies within the field of assessor and verifier training, specifically orientated to the requirements of the organisation.
All our services are delivered on site and are fully customised to satisfy the specialist needs of the client. This includes fully structured and standardised documentation designed to meet the most exacting demands of the awarding bodies concerned.
