Founded in Berkshire in 1999 by Martin Wells & Steve Guthrie; Cleaning Logistics started life as a sector focused, cleaning company delivering cleaning solutions to customers in demanding and complex environments.
Martin has over 20 years industry experience with National Facilities Management Companies prior to joining Cleaning Logistics as our Operations Director. He is now Group Operations Director covering all our UK wide sites. Stephen Guthrie is Cleaning Logistics’ Managing Director and has over 16 years industry experience within the Facilities Management Sector. Over the last 15 years the company has expanded rapidly adding a Construction Cleaning Division which supplies builders, sparkle and handover cleans to the UK’s largest construction companies. In 2010 we broadened our scoop yet again to allow us to offer Soft Services under the FM Logistics brand further enhancing our customer service relationships.
At Cleaning Logistics we believe local knowledge is the key to recruiting and understanding each geographical area in which we operate so in 2003 Cleaning Logistics (SW) Limited was set up to service the South West of England from its centralised offices in Bridgwater. Able Cleaning Services Limited in City Road was a new acquisition for Cleaning Logistics in 2010 to further the range of services we can provide to clients within Greater London. Now our customers are spread throughout the UK with workplace locations in London, Reading, Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, Plymouth, Southampton, Oxford, Bath, Newcastle, Salisbury and beyond. Our current portfolio boasts some enviable Clients who we have supplied soft services to for a number of years.
